I had the pleasure to sit down with Eric Grimsley, a StrongFirst instructor/ Original Strength coach/ Personal trainer/ kettlebell lover and we had the opportunity to talk shop.

What started out as a kettlebell conversation became one of how movement can set people free. Free from the restraints of injury, sickness, and feeling like crap.
