We are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses who went before us, they used the gifts God gave them to serve and to save others. Jesus demonstrated the use of gifts and then the Bible says that he ascended and when he did, he bestowed those gifts upon the church; his followers. Today as we run our leg of this race we too can use our gifts to serve. Serving Jesus is not a burden, it's a blessing, and it is seldom boring!
