Courtney Clenney and her bf Christian Obumseli had a rocky relationship that saw them engage in many, many altercations that led to the police being called to their residence 9 times. Even still, the couple stayed together. All of that ended though, when Clenney allegedly murdered her bf during a heated argument at their luxury high rise.
Now, Christian Obumseli's estate is suing the apartments for negligence as its claimed in the suit, security stood by for over 12 minutes while Mr. Obumseli was being murdered.
Clenney faces a second degree murder charge and she has pled not guilty.
