The mandella effect could only occur if a title is completely forgotten from the collective mind the memory getting full and then someone else recalls it and remembers differently and its pulled back into the collective but it has changed so not by cern caused by the collective memory. It never stays the same always changing so if its forgotten by the memory of the collective mind some random dude recalls the book movie title etc.. pulls it back into reallity as he remembers it but other people remember the original theme title that was there.
