Millions of people have had rhinoplasty, and probably many are unhappy with the outcome. Rhinoplasty is one of the most challenging surgeries in plastic surgery in general. The procedure is complicated, but more importantly, the nose is in front of your face and is exposed for everyone to see. Any mistakes will be obvious. Now, imagine having to revise your rhinoplasty. That is two hundred times more difficult for a surgeon. So, you can imagine finding a doctor to do a constructive rhinoplasty to correct the previous outcome is like finding a needle in a haystack.
