Now that summer is over and the darkness has begun to encroach earlier into your evening, it’s only a matter of time before you may start feeling the warning signs of fall and winter Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
Tiredness and low energy, irritability, problems getting along with others, craving foods high in carbohydrates, weight gain, hypersensitivity to rejection and oversleeping are all signs that the Mayo Clinic cites as warnings that you may be slipping into fall and winter SAD.
