During Hur's testimony, Democrats tried to misrepresent Hur's report, and it got especially contentious during the back-and-forth with Rep. Adam Schiff, who was trying to win votes for his bid to become a U.S. Senator. Armed citizens in Hartford, Connecticut have formed a group called the Self-Defense Brigade and have started to patrol the violent areas of their city.
