Today our guests include Carole MacDonal of La Cosecha and IL Cortile Ristorante in Paso Robles. Carole, along with her husband, Chef Santos, created two hot dining properties in the heart of town.
Bob Tillman, Proprietor, along with his wife Lynn, of Alta Colina Winery, create world-class estate wines that are exclusively from Rhône varietals grown in their vineyard. He spent 35 years in high tech, but since 2003 he is all about creating exceptional wines.
