Officials from the USVI have been trying in vain to serve a subpoena on Sarah Kellen Vickers and have failed at this task for months now. After continued unsuccessful attempts at serving her, the court is now going to the drastic measure to attempt to serve her by confidential mail.
Sarah Kellen Vickers has been named by survivors and in open court as not only someone who was in the orbit of Jeffrey Epstein, but also someone who was a key cog in the criminal enterprise. Yet due to the protection provided to her by the NPA, she has never been arrested or even sat for a deposition.
