Ahoy, surfers and beachgoers! It's time for your daily dose of wave wisdom from your favorite surf forecast reporter. I've got the lowdown on the gnarly conditions hitting Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, straight from the National Weather Service in San Juan.

Today, we've got a high rip current risk in effect, so be sure to keep an eye out for those sneaky currents. The surf height is around 6 feet with mostly cloudy skies and numerous showers with isolated thunderstorms. You can expect southeast winds blowing at 10 to 15 miles per hour.

Tomorrow, the rip current risk drops to moderate with surf around 5 feet and cloudy weather with showers and scattered thunderstorms. East winds will be cruising at 10 to 15 miles per hour. As we move through the week, the surf height hovers around 5 feet with varying weather conditions and winds.

Each beach zone, from San Juan and Northeast PR to Northwest PR and beyond, presents its own unique surf outlook. Remember, always keep safety at the forefront of your mind and enjoy the waves responsibly. Stay tuned for more updates and catch the best surf spots while you can!
