89-90: Williams hired a promissing Boutsen from Benetton in 89, but looks like Frank quickly lost faith on the belgian driver. What went wrong? And why signing Patrese in the 1st place? Then it looks like Patrese found a good relationship with the team and was in much higher position than Boutsen. Wans't Boutsen a good testing driver? Didn't Frank Williams said he wouldn't sign another french guy after Laffite?
