That energy you store in your body is largely built up over time throughout your training season. And that's a good thing That energy you store is mostly from what you consume around your workouts. This is why it's imperative to know some basics around what, how much and when to eat. There are also some specifics that women can use to optimize both performance and recovering efficiently. Dr. K. includes some tips for you to get started applying this information to your life and training right away.
