A long time ago I said "success doesn't work without "U" so I feel like at some point you have to be deliberately selfish to achieve that goal.

You don't want to burn bridges on your way to the top either because it you make it and shut out everybody you'll end up being lonely because money doesnt make you happy

I'm not a millionaire by a loooong shot but my ultimate goal was to live and work in LA. When the time came, I was given an offer I couldn't refuse. I didn't completely abandon.my family but there were a lot of changes that happened on the spot because of what I had going on. It was painful but it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my adult life.

You definitely have to be selfish. Be it monetary or not, there's a level of sacrifice that has to be made that usually ends up coming off as selfish

I don't need all the amenities. Sometimes the hotel is just too big, i dont like having to navigate. And it maybe more because I'm a smoker, and most 3 and 2 stars you can still smoke in the room
