i recedntly released from prison and now a registered sex offender ,with 8 years paper ;stay at the Domiciliary at Ft McPherson for 65 days looking for housing as i got 0 Zero help because i don;t qualify for HUd bash and finnasllty on MY own i found a townhome got not once but twice approval from the sheriff dept. for being in compliance ;mainly the 1,000 ft rule!! closed then my probation officer showed up and said immerediate that i was not in compliance and called the sheriff deptand they told the PO THAT I WAS;then they got intro a arguement and the sheriff said to hold on; left then can back and said that they are looking another map and MRWALL is not in compliance;so the PO said that ihad to move and he would make up a demand letter to give to my mortgage holder to immediate release me of the Mortgage and i ask him that he got to be joking!! no he said ,tyhey will do it ?? can't sell and lose my shirt and ruin my credit ?? So hewre i am .. help me because everbody walks the walk and talks the talk I have Four HONORABLE DISCHARGES !!doesthat even matter anymore? i patiently wait on yours" replies..Philip C. Thank you for this information. I comes down to vetting the Veteran. If a veteran needs support services and is not near one or no transportation perhaps that veteran would be better off in a more transional or 1/2 home until that veteran is ready. I can tell you from a landloard side my communiy comes first. That veteran knows right up front what I expect in keeping my community safe. If you backside and endanger others..your not ready to live on your own.
