GOAT. Goals are attained after trials. Based on that definition, Four-Time Olympian Chaunté Lowe is a GOAT. In this episode, she reminds us: 1) we are our first advocate; 2) the importance of not missing our appointments; and 3) what tests/screenings we should be requesting from our doctors.
