In this episode of Dark Sky Conversations, host Marnie Ogg interviews John Whittle, who works for the National Parks and Wildlife Service in New South Wales. John manages the Warrumbungle National Park, which is the first Dark Sky park in the southern hemisphere. With a background in forestry, John oversees a team of rangers and field officers who are responsible for managing the park's environmental aspects, improving biodiversity, managing pests and weeds, and maintaining visitor infrastructure.
