Tim Hernandez (D-4) on the capitol steps in Denver during a pro-Palestine rally on the day of terrorist attacks by Hamas in Israel. After this video, according to Russ, Hernandez threatened him by saying 'do you know what happens to people who mess with me? You don't want to mess with me, I'm a gangster.'
