A former associate of Rudy Giuliani, Noelle Dunphy, has filed a lawsuit against him alleging sexual assault, harassment, wage theft, and other misconduct.
The lawsuit alleges that Giuliani offered to sell pardons for $2 million each to people who were convicted of crimes related to the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
The lawsuit is also significant because it comes at a time when Giuliani is already facing a number of legal challenges.
