Solar panels have become an increasingly inexpensive commodity, and energy storage systems are not far behind. If panels cost the same everywhere, why does it cost so much more to install solar power on homes in the U.S. than it does in other parts of the world? What can the U.S. learn from this, and how can we take advantage of new approaches?
