Our guest today is Kate Parker. Kate is a hospital manager and partial owner at Animal Urgent Care in Arvada, Colorado. She joins us to talk about a counseling program she worked hard to bring to her clinic. It is incredibly inspiring to hear about the challenges she faced and how she overcame them as well as the amazing benefits they are already seeing from this program.
