We have learned a few lessons over the past two years as we have changed the way we do business. Remote Incident Management is now normal. The tools and ease of use have made the transition from a large in-person Emergency Operations Center, to a smaller, and more diversification in your assets and locations. Using tools such as Titan HST, to help coordinate teams, communicate, this unexpected and unplanned transition has created a unique set of problems.
