After 911, we were a united country at war with a common enemy. We ought to be remembering. Unfortunately, America has a very short memory. Today, our country is fighting with each other along political lines and we are all losing.
As Christians, we are called to rise above the fray. We are called to rise above pettiness. We are called to pray for our nation and lead others to Christ in a loving fashion. This is how we can do our part to transform the world. This is our calling. This is our mission. This is the Great Commission. This is our Job 1.
God loves us. He is with us. And He wants us to help others realize God’s love for them. This is why Jesus came. I am remembering Job 1! Are you remembering?
