This is a really important topic because it was just one of those Summers where everyone wanted to go all out and be focused after lock down. Now that things are going back to routine with school and everything, we want to talk about getting your focus back. There are multiple factors that parents have to focus on and consider when getting back into routine, such as health/preparing for Winter, early bedtimes, your own goals, and so on. We share our own goals and desires of how we want to get back into routine that you could use for your own life.
