MapableUSA.com: The "Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017" has qualified nearly 9,000 “Opportunity Zones” (QOZ) to stimulate investment in low-income communities. Thanks to the tax incentive attached to these census tracks, around $20 billion in capital has already been raised in QOZ Funds for development in the designated areas.
