OP and their friend were driving back from the fair in October. They were on a long, narrow dirt road and they saw a car blocking the road, when suddenly a man in a dark hoodie came lumbering toward them in a creepy manner. OP quickly reversed back over a hill they came over, when they decided maybe they could just speed past and squeeze on the side of the car. After coming back over the hill, just 15 seconds later, there was no one there. The hooded figure and the car had completely disappeared. Submit your stories: popmediaagency@gmail.com
