He stirs your innermost being by His Spirit divinely persuading you, testifying together with your spirit, assuring you of what He prefers. (Romans 8:16) Spiritual hearing that comes from you receiving what the Living Word of God is in birthing in you through the Holy Spirit’s inwrought persuasion. (Romans 10:17)

To hear His voice clearly, you spend more time developing a personal relationship with Him that empowers you to listen to Him regularly.
