All Shades of Gray™ Fashion Show & Gala was birthed as two successful women, both leaders in their industries, decided to partner to uplift and educate young women. LaWanda Woods, Chief Possibility Officer of PurposeBound Parents, has the mission to provide a safe community for expecting and parenting teens to transform their lives by empowering them to complete their secondary school education to achieve life-long, self-sufficiency. Renee Lacey, Executive Director of Cameo Models International, has the mission to engage and empower today’s teens in life, in style and in Christ.

Together, these organizations help historically black colleges & universities (HBCUs) and local organizations with like missions (to educate teens who are homeless, in or aging out of foster care and those fleeing from domestic violence environments) to raise funds through an exclusive annual license program to execute a phenomenal fashion show & gala to raise funds for college communities or organizations.
