Over the past few months we have had a situation unfold in Portland where at first, the police denied that a serial killer was active only to reverse course a few weeks later after they announced that they had a "person of interest" in custody.
Well, fast forward to today and charges against Mr. Calhoun have still not been filed for any of the murders and according to the DA: "In response to The Messenger's request for comment about the murder investigation, the DA's office said Thursday that a suspect still has not yet been named and charges still have not been filed."Investigators have interviewed multiple people in connection with these cases and have identified at least one person of interest that is linked to all four of the decedents," the office reiterated." - From the article.
