Haven't followed it closely, but aside from a few inevitable bureaucratic slip-ups, Hawaii's mandatory testing for travelers seems to have been successful. Hawaii and California are actually the two lowest states in new cases right now.

It does sometimes seem like a Zeno's Paradox situation with relaxing restrictions, in this case travel. The prospect of being able to see loved ones, and go on vacation, could also encourage people to get vaccinated who might not otherwise.

This famous TV ad was one of the first ads that featured lifestyle with no real promotion for a company...it was groundbreaking... I think we discussed it on her a year ago...too bad Publix turned out to be so Trumpy
