Hey podcast fam, I want to share with you my past four weeks and my eye condition. Specialist have listed it as an inflammation of the eyelids of a condition called Blepharitis. I've been told that it's a chronic and not curable.
It has been the first time at 30 that this has struck me.I initially blamed it on my contact lense, then a potential sensitivity or allergic reaction to something within my new apartment. But I truly believe now there is a deeper underlying cause, that is, my gut!
To be honest, when I first moved in back in late May to June there was a period where I was eating out too regularly. Combine that and long days working (six days a week) with minimal sleep is a recipe for disaster.
