Katie Bolte on the basics of nutrition. She is a registered Dietitian, and an Exercise Physiologist. We go over macro nutrients and what makes up a healthy diet. It's important to know what the basics of nutrition are so you know how to properly fuel your body. A lot of people have gotten bad information on what is good and what is bad. We dispel some of that while giving the most pertinent information. The food pyramid is a thing of the past and we use "my plate" now. Adjust your diet accordingly and make yourself more efficient and better nourished.
