Pleasance Silicki is a yoga mama, creator, business owner and student of life. She founded lil omm yoga, a community yoga studio in Washington, D.C. in 2008, and is honored to have worked with many D.C. community organizations and non-profits. Pleasance has led yoga and wellness retreats for yoga students, college students, mom groups and organizations and is a graduate of The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a co-founder of the National Kids Yoga Conference.
