Paul Fraser, Advisory Director at EY, and Mike have been mates since the old days (hence the photo, that was NOT taken at the recording) and were key in the growth of Wave Adept and the subsequent acquisition by Cloud Sherpas.

However, they come at life with a very differing view point with Paul focussing very much on services (Mike is more of a product person) and with this talk we hear about the good, bad, and sometimes difficult sides of services and consulting thereof.
