Something that really struck me was how much strength it must have taken Patty to be not only a caregiver to her own mother battling breast cancer but also working in the same field as a breast cancer patient navigator. It really made me think about how much support caregivers need too. They most likely put themselves last because they are used to being there for everyone else. I just know the work that Carrie and Patty do has touched so many lives forever. Keep sharing your stories, love and light ladies. Thank you for your time.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Patty and Carrie. I could feel how much they care and how passionate they are about sharing their knowledge and experiences with everyone. I felt like I was getting a warm hug through my headphones.

The entire time, I was nodding my head! As a previous caregiver to a family member, I found this dialogue to be quite validating. Patty's perspective was very relatable, and Carrie's perspective was eye-opening, especially when she remarked, "I can never check the box 'no' on cancer," when people asked why she still talks about her cancer journey.
