First, the pronunciation is very good, he reads every words clearly and standardly, which is very worthwhile for me to learn. He also used a few advanced words, which were hard for me to understand at first becouse of my limit volcabulary, but with his perfece pronuncition, I could spell them and find them in dictionary easily, so, this postcard gave me a chance to learn some new words. As for the speed, I think it is suitable, not so fast neither so slow, so that, I can follow him, and get enough information at the same time. What's important is, I also enjoying spending time in the gym, I like his tipic very much.
