Completely disagree with the idea of warrants not being served 1000pm to 600am. Traffic violations were referenced but that leaves out a lot of misdemeanor charges such as assault bodily injury, criminal mischief, theft $750-1500 (Texas) that may very well need to be served at odd hours.
