It: Era una bella mattina di primavera quando Marco si svegliò.
En: It was a beautiful spring morning when Marco woke up.
It: Era determinato ad andare a fare una lunga passeggiata nei bellissimi boschi italiani.
En: He was determined to go for a long walk in the beautiful Italian woods.
It: Si alzò, prese una doccia, si vestì e si preparò a lasciare la casa.
En: He got up, took a shower, dressed and prepared to leave the house.
It: Ma c'era un problema.
En: But there was a problem.
It: Marco si era dimenticato di indossare i pantaloni.
En: Marco had forgotten to put on his pants.
It: Senza rendersi conto del suo errore, Marco uscì di casa e si incamminò verso la sua destinazione.
En: Without realizing his mistake, Marco left the house and walked towards his destination.
