Hi Deborah. We don't have a nasty opinion of Americans! Over the 71 episodes we have often referenced the sometimes over the top nature of Americans in Customer Service environments where the cliched "Have a nice day" is often said with a rictus grin... when they can't all possibly want to wish everyone a nice day. To a British palette it comes across as false. I've experienced it on my travels to New York, San Francisco, and Las Vegas. We didn't imply you are not nice or not fun. You must have a sense of fun as the majority of you voted in Trump! If you've listened to many of our podcasts... we are sarcastic and ascerbic, but we also make a lot of humour from ridiculous British people too!
