How would you feel if you were on a flight trying to get a little shut-eye only to be awoken by the pilot asking, "Can I get you anything to drink?"
Iceland Air just announced they're doing away with their flight attendants and that the pilots will now be taking over those duties. I don't know about you, but it sounds like a disaster waiting to happen to me!
