In this episode I have a long overdue catch up with one of my absolute favs - Nicola Elliott.

Nicola, who is the founder of Neom Organics, returns to the podcast for the kind of chat that made me forget that we were recording (those are my very favourites).

During the episode we talk swearing, lockdown horses (and their supplements), Nicola's inbuilt bore-ometer which leads her to be an utter perfectionist, middle age and the hangovers that come with it, hormones and also catch up on all things Neom.
