In this episode of the Brawn Body Health and Fitness Podcast, Dan is joined by Nicholas "Nick" Greyno to discuss the importance of "walking the walk" and practicing the methods you preach in the world of S&C, and how this works to develop athletes for life. Nick Greyno is an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Maryland. At Maryland he oversees all strength and conditioning/sports science responsibilities for Women’s Lacrosse and Field Hockey. Prior to coming to College Park, he was at TCU where he worked with Football, Baseball, and Men’s/Women’s Swim and Dive. Before TCU he had stops at Florida International University, the University of West Florida, Maryland, Clemson, US Ski and Snowboard/Ski and Snowboard Club Vail, as well as the University of South Carolina. Nick started his career as a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Mount Olive where he completed his MBA. There he was a Track and Field Athlete, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a Minor in Coaching.
