While growing up, Nichole Howson experienced sadness more than the normal child. Taking medication was the route her parents and doctor chose to take, but Nichole continued experiencing anxiety. After being diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, her path to regaining clarity and normalcy in her life, though challenging at times, helped her to become an advocate for mental health and an accomplished social media manager and strategist.
