Shalanda's background is a unique blend of marriage & family therapy and organizational development. Therefore, she enjoys helping individuals as well as organizations reach their goals and increase productivity. She believes that issues at work affect our personal lives and issues in our personal lives affect our job performance. As a result of this fact, she works with individuals on their time management and goal setting. Shalanda is also a military brat and a military spouse who understands transitions all too well.
