Unsettled Weather in the Northwest; Fire Weather Conditions in the Plains into the Ohio Valley - Unsettled weather will persist through today in the Pacific Northwest and Northern Rockies. Mixed precipitation is expected in the Northern Plains. Blustery conditions in the southern and central Plains into the Ohio Valley will bring fire weather risks to the regions. Above normal temperatures will spread west to east across the contiguous U.S. this week.
