Over the years I have had a history of yo yo weight lose. Lose 20 lbs and gain back 30. Then, when I started working a desk job, the weight problem became more dramatic.
This year I am focused to losing weight and keeping it off through a combination of diet, exercise, suppliments and life style changes. So far I've lost about 10 pounds on this journey. My goal is 90 more.
