In this episode, I share that I've received a reply from Facebook (FB) but it was from a bot. And I also share that I've reached out to the Shopify support team to ask them how to tell that the DNS configuration changes (that I'd previously made by adding the TXT record from FB) have already spread across my domain servers, as that is apparently a requirement before I could click on "Verify" on FB Business Manager.
