Family I gotta share this! I am at work and this white lady is talking to me about how her son can't find a job! White lady is full of pride saying her son got an Associate Degree and a 3.8 GPA and he cant find a job. NOW while she is saying that her son is standing here with a Mason hat and ring on his hand so I continue to listen to her and this clown gone say if her son was black or mexican he would be able to find a job or get into college because of the United Negro College fund. I was about to cuss this hoe at work. Its already happening these white bastards are started to feel exactly what we been going through. It doesn't feel good being jobless, having everyting taken for, being persecuted without a cause HUH but now its your turn to feel the what we been going through for years the only difference the Hebrews are strong enough to white. You white will lay down. You can't accept that your kingdom is falling and after all this time you thought you was in control. I know guys who have been lock up yea they swole but the not walking around with 23 inch arms. They swole with no cuts becuase all they do is eat sleep and train. They sodium levels are high so they are big but no cuts and the smaller guys are cut becuase they have low body fat. And these guys lying about not getting steroids in prison. You can get someone to get the D-Bols pills in prison. D-Bol is a steriod in pill form it puts alot of muscle on. Kali admitted that in prison said he can get him so D-Bol. Now Kali saying u can't get steroids in prison. Kali is a liar man but his cousin Mac Trucc the guy who punch Rich Piana admits he take steroid but these guys fail to realize you can't say you use to take steroids and now your natural. Once you cross over to taking steroids your never natural because the steroids still give you an advantage. Even Mac Trucc snitch on Kali Muscle in his comments saying Kali does take steroids. I love being natural! These guys once they stop taking the steroids they look horrible but if your natural u will never lose your gains. Leroy Colbert talks about this his the first man to build 21 inch arms naturally. He passed away last year I think but he knows what he is talking about when it comes to nutrition and building the body.

I have been working out for about 5 years now. And I know how to put size on my frame but to put the amount of size the guys put on you got to be on something. Ct with Overtraining workouts you will mess around and be in the hospital. You can not train like that all the time because you have to recover from that workout. Training is 10% working out! 70% Diet and 30% recovery not more recovery because when your recoverying thats when you grow. Its ok to do the overtraining workout probably once a month but not all the time. You have to have Progressive Overload a weight heavier enough where you can get 10-12 reps squezzing and contracting the muscles not throwing crazy amount of weights around but I am going to share the videos on Ct and Kali muscle to my fam here just give me a minute I have find them lol

Your on Point Yash! Truth is coming out about these Fitness guys. CT Fletcher, Big Rob, Mike Rashid, Kali Muscle all have been taking steriods. I've seen old clips of them when they was natural and the next year they look like the hulk. These guys are liars. Now its coming out Kali Muscle wife talk about his steroid use after they divorce. These guys won't admit to the steroid use because they have Supplement Company contracts that tells them not to talk about but we all Know the truth. I have a clip saved on Youtube where CT admit to steroid usage and also a clip of Kali after he got of prison when he was natural. These fitness guys on Youtube are Professional Liars.
