Before you come to a state of consistent happiness, you seem to go through a dismantling. It's a dismantling of the self-concept, the image you believe you are, and the image you think the world is. Some of you may say it's quite a big thing to let go of this personality, including letting go of your belief in external wars, famine, external countries, and politicians. You have to let go of your belief in external stars, quasars, and black holes, and you have to start to realize, Oh my gosh, I'm the dreamer of this dream, and there's nothing outside of me.

There's nothing that can hurt me and nothing that can harm me. To go through this dismantling, all you have to do is follow the guidance of Jesus and the Holy Spirit. It's straightforward. It's not a complicated thing, even though the Ego will try to make it cumbersome and will try to say but but but. But the truth is simple. And today's movie will take us from the paralysis of analysis into the glee of the present moment.
