As the authorities continue to try and piece together what happened to John Forsyth, some more details are being revealed. Investigators and the family say that Mr. Forsyth was found in an Arkansas lake, about an hour from where he went missing, with a gunshot wound.
According to Mr. Forsyth's brother, John had been kidnapped a year ago and was put through a harrowing ordeal that included him being zip tied and taken to a bridge where he was threatened.
Authorities have not released any other information about the death or if they think that the death was the result of foul play. Mr. Forsyth's brother and family do not believe that he would kill himself and they say that his death was a homicide.
