Yoga teach Claire Deacon kicks off her new show explaining why yoga is for anyone by describing a simple pose - Sun Salutation.  Claire will address flexibility, the art of stretching properly, as well as what's needed for performance. Claire is the founder and owner of Olas Ocean Tribe, which makes leggings from recycled plastic and there is a chance to win a pair of these fabulous leggings on the show.  
Claire was a guest on Transcending Sport—Making Strides for Recycling into Active Wear— where she talking about her company and why she is passionate about saving our oceans from plastic pollution.
